室溫(22-26℃)立刻傳送

| 3.退件條件 |
(1)符合一般退件條件，請參見【檢驗資訊查詢系統】＜檢體採集原則＞「一般退件條件」。

(2)特殊退件條件：
檢體clot，但如檢體無法再重複取得，需以該檢體進行檢測時，則以標準檢驗程序進行檢測後，於Appearance欄位報告『clot』

| 4.檢體之儲存條件 |
(1)傳送前儲存條件：
檢體保存於室溫(22-26℃)應於採檢後4小時內完成傳送
|
(2)檢體上機(檢驗)前儲存條件：
檢體操作前保存於室溫(22-26℃)應於採檢後8小時內完成細胞計數與抹片製備
|
(3)檢驗後檢體儲存條件：
冷藏(2-8℃)保存至少2天、體液抹片保存至少一個月。

BAL檢查常用於協助診斷下呼吸道感染疾病
|
12.臨床意義 |
當檢體中Epithelial cell大於5/100 WBC時，代表檢體採集過程可能受到Bronchial cells污染。Lymphocyte增加可能發生在以下疾病：Extr. Allerg. Alveolitis、Sarcoidosis、Berylliosis、Tuberculosis、Alveolar proteinosis、Lymphage. carcinomatosis、Pneumoconiosis、Collagen disease、Drug induced disorder等，Neutrophil增加可能發生在以下疾病：Idiop. Pulm. fibrosis、ARDS、Collagen vascular disease、Pn、Infection。Eosinophils增加可能發生在以下疾病：Eosinophilic pneumonia、Churg-Strauss-Syndrome、Drugs、Asthma等。
