- Six medical personnel were dispatched to St. Jude Hospital， St. Lucia from November 20th to December 13th in 2009 to do the voluntary medical service.
- One emergency nurse and medical imaging technician were from Thailand to CCH for the short-term training course from October 16th to November 22nd in 2009.
- One emergency nurse and emergency doctor were from Sao Tome and Principe to CCH for the short-term training courses from October 11th to November 19th in 2009.
- Three biomedical engineers were from St. Jude Hospital， St. Lucia to CCH for the short-term training courses from June 8th to September 8th in 2009. Another four medical personnel included one emergency doctor， two nurses and one center supply staff from the same hospital were sent to CCH for 3 month training from September 11th to December 8th in 2009.
