主 旨：Blood culture identification panel檢驗服務說明。
說 明：
(1) Blood culture identification panel可提供即時性之微生物及抗藥基因檢測服務。檢驗項目及相關資訊如下表：

(2) 於初次血液培養陽性時，檢驗醫學部會以M+簡訊傳送Gram stain危急值，請臨床單位於24小時內開立檢驗，開立方式如下：
(A) 醫囑系統之單別選擇「VP病毒及PCR」，檢體別選擇「Positive bottle」，選擇檢驗項目；或直接輸入檢驗碼「FVPBCGN或FVPBCGP」
(B) 危急值訊息為GNB者，請開立Blood culture identification panel- Gram-negative bacteria (檢驗碼FVPBCGN)；危急值訊息為GPC或Yeast者，請開立Blood culture identification panel- Gram-positive bacteria/yeast (檢驗碼FVPBCGP)
(C) 護理單位須將檢驗條碼送交檢驗醫學部，不須額外採檢檢體。
(3) Blood culture identification panel檢驗可於血液培養陽性後，2小時即完成檢驗，臨床單位依據菌種鑑定及抗藥基因檢測結果，可作為調整用藥的依據，精準使用抗生素，並提升菌血症病人的存活率。抗藥基因預測對應如下：
