2. Instructions of Hospitalization
2.1 Outpatient: The hospitalization is for the further medical treatment, inspection or surgery prescribed by physician. You may visit the Admission Center according to the day and time written on the prescription with your identification cards, such as ID card, Health Insurance Card, Passport, Alien Resident Certificate, or other document of preferential proof.

2.2 ER Patient: Go visit the ER Cashier Counter with your hospitalization form of admission.
2.3 Outpatient will have a quick physical examination at Clinic 90, second Medical Building (723-8595 ext. 5290) before hospitalization.
2.3.1 Quick physical examination includes: blood drawn, height and weight measurement.
2.3.2 Some outpatient may require for further inspection such as electrocardiogram, ultrasonic and X-ray examination.
2.4 After admission, the Health Insurance Card will be temporarily held and will return to inpatient when discharged.
2.5 Occupational injury or occupational disease, the form of “labor insurance hospitalization application” is required.
2.6 If the above mentioned documents are not available, please make them up to the Cashier Counter at each floor after hospitalization within 3 days.
