Colony Counts: 33 1 34
Karyotypes Giemsa banding: 47,XY+5[1]/46,XY[33] (Level II mosaicism)
INTERPRETATION:
This study was performed on Giemsa-banded chromosomes from amniotic fluid cells after culture, each of the 33 colonies examined contained 46,XY.
However, it is important to note that study does not rule out abnormalities of non-chromosome etiology.
